Chai Comfort



It has been warming up a bit outside, but the damp air can still feel pretty chilly. A chai tea latte is my favourite way to chase away the lingering frostiness. It's spicy, sweet and comforting all in one. So start off your week with a smile and enjoy a little cup of contentment...

Happy Spring!



My version of the Chai Tea Latte:
Steep one serving of Chai tea in one quarter cup hot water until nice and strong (three minutes?)
Fill your mug three quarter way with milk and heat to approximately one hundred and fifty degrees
Add one tablespoon sugar to the hot milk and whisk until frothy
Drop the chai tea-bag into the milk and add the steeped tea
Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top... and enjoy :)
